Piers, 54, 55, 56 and 57 will have pier slips oriented towards Elliott Bays with spaces to enhance a feeling of a town square.
Pier 48 will be central to festival inspiration for concerts and gatherings and the area around the aquarium is to include an in-ground fountain that provides a mist cloud including areas for live performances, outdoor movies all accessible to the water's edge.
