Chris Rice and Emma Schwartzman are trying out the South Lake Union waterfront with SUMMER DOG, a 24-foot pontoon boat equipped with a professional grill and fridge. It's got the same permits as any mobile food unit.
"Summer Dog combines our love of HOT DOGS, BIKINIS, BOATING and KICKASS FUN TIMES. We serve hot dogs with all the fixins off our party barge to everyone from inner tubers to mega yachters. All dogs are 6 bucks. We accept cash and plastic. Fall off your paddle board and soak your wallet? No problem. Wet cash will do just fine."
